Survivalists are those individuals who are determined to survive under extreme conditions. In most instances, the space blanket is used in order to maintain the heat inside the body. It is basically made out of plastic with aluminum foil as cover.



Some miscellaneous tools such as tarp, plastic sheets, duct tape and cord can also be included in the survivalist gear. It is only through exceptional skills that these stuffs will work for the advantage of the survivalist. The tarp, along with the cord, can make a good shelter. Meanwhile, the plastic sheets can also be used to make improvised ponchos.
